Great Info! I stumbled upon this while searching google. As a short sale agent myself, I believe it is important for borrowers to carefully choose an experienced agent to assist them. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for providing this resource I am a real estate agent myself, and short sales definitely do seem to be the best alternative for most home owners who MUST sell and are upside down. Fortunately lenders are finally starting to get better at processing them. There are MANY alternatives to foreclosure out there, home owners in hardship should seek an experienced agent or HUD counselor to get a plan of action.

What a mess things are right now! It is so important for home owners to know their options if in hardship. GOOD information and assistance about the foreclosure process is hard to come by.

The IRS examination procedure generally will begin using the identification of probable reporting glitches. Nearly all IRS analysis involve messages audits; one in which a correspondence of suggested realignment is basically sent to the taxpayer or one in which extra data is desired. The far more intense audit is a field audit or office check out; through which the taxpayer is analyzed in a real physical getting together with an IRS examiner looking to collect money. Taxpayers are ordinarily notified by mail but might on the other hand acquire a consultation coming from their regional representative without advance notice. IRS examiners are skillfully qualified in collecting details swiftly to find out the potential glitches, unreported earnings, misapplication of tax law, for example which will cause greater collections. Taxpayers are expected to keep supporting documents of their tax returns during the assessment time period. Most examination periods are commonly three years, but other exceptions may apply. Taxpayers are not necessarily expected to preserve documents in which alternative methods of calculating deductions are available.
